On March 14, 2023, we at Embroker announced Chris Spagnuolo as our Chief Product Officer. Chris has spent nearly 20 years in the product management space, building products for organizations ranging from small seed startups to Fortune 500 companies. He most recently served as CPO of Wander, and even spent 7 years as a product consultant for organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Deloitte, Ford Motor Comany, Home Depot, Jackson Hewitt, PwC, Riot Games, under Armour, and more.

That’s a lot of background. But, what does Chris’ arrival mean for Embroker?

Chirs joins Embroker at a pivotal time. With the recent announcement of ONE by Embroker to our continued innovation and release of new insurance packages, a product leader of Chris’ caliber will help us to further our product roadmap and vision.

As our CRO, Ben Jennings, put it: “We are committed to providing a single destination for vertical-specific offerings that streamline the buying process and provide tailored packages for our customers, and we believe Chris is the right person to help us realize that vision.”

We have merely scratched the surface of the underserved markets, industries, and services of the insurance industry. We are continuing to learn and understand the needs of our customers, allowing us to find solutions for their risk mitigation concerns between their renewal dates. We are creating new and innovative ways for businesses to feel secure.

With all of these moving parts, now was the time to bring on a seasoned product professional like Chris to help us realize our vision.

Here’s what Chris had to say about joining Embroker: “Embroker is a true innovator in the insurtech space that passionately believes, as I do, in developing products with the customer at the very center of that framework. They are radically simplifying the process of obtaining industry-tailored commercial insurance, and I’m excited to bring an even deeper focus on streamlining and delivering magical experiences for Embroker’s customers.”

We like the sound of that, and we’re excited to see how Chris makes his mark at Embroker.
