This Applicant Privacy Notice describes how Embroker, Inc. and its affiliates or subsidiary companies (“Embroker,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose personal information of job applicants (“applicants”). This notice applies to all applicants, regardless of location. For applicants who are residents of California, it also explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

All applicants, regardless of location, have the right to understand how their personal information is collected, stored, and used. For questions about privacy practices or to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, applicants should consult Embroker’s Privacy Policy and thereafter, with specific questions or requests, may send correspondence to privacy@embroker.com.
8. Updates to This Notice
This Privacy Policy may be revised at any time to reflect changes in the law or in Embroker’s business operations, and Embroker adopts any requirements as required by law, incorporating these by this reference until it is specified in an update to this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. Sometimes there may be material changes to this Privacy Policy that we want to apply retroactively. It is the user’s responsibility to check this document regularly for changes unless we are required by law to otherwise provide notifications or updates.
