Introducing Embroker’s New Chief Technology Officer, Gene Linetsky

A person holds a megaphone as if to make an announcement. This announcement in particular is for Gene Linetsky's naming as Embroker's Chief Technology Officer.

On September 14, 2023, we announced Gene Linetsky as our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Gene has over 30 years of experience in the computer science industry — founding several technology and startup companies and serving in various executive and technology leadership positions. Most recently, he held the role of CTO of healthcare technology company AllStripes and CTO of fintech software company TrueML.

What does this mean for Embroker?

In July, we announced Ben Jennings’ promotion to Chief Executive Officer. Upon his appointment, he set a goal to continue building Embroker’s existing digital platform: Linetsky will help drive these efforts and oversee ONE by Embroker, our platform that tailors business insurance programs to specific industry needs.

Ben had this to say about Gene’s arrival:

“My priority as CEO is to continue to build Embroker’s existing digital platform and provide a dramatically improved buying experience over the legacy insurance industry. Gene will play a crucial role in this transformation as he guides the Embroker team forward. I am thrilled to have him join our senior leadership team.”

As we continue to grow ONE by Embroker and our global engineering organization, Gene will be an enormous asset to our team. Our goal at Embroker is to innovate upon our existing platform to create an efficient and positive customer experience. With him on our team, we have even more confidence in this mission.

Here’s what Gene had to say about joining Embroker: “By accessing the best possible technology to eliminate the difficulties of obtaining business insurance, Embroker is simplifying the insurtech industry. I am excited to join Embroker’s talented team, and I look forward to leveraging my experiences to continue advancing our digital capabilities, technological strategy and ongoing focus on the customer experience.”

We’re very excited to watch Gene as he makes his mark at Embroker.

Welcome to the Pack.
