Embroker Names Ben Jennings as CEO

Silicon Valley Bank

Embroker officially has a new Chief Executive.

On July 20, 2023, we announced that Ben Jennings will take up the mantle of CEO. Many Embroker followers will know Ben as our longtime Chief Revenue Officer, serving four years in that position before this recent appointment. In that time, Ben has revolutionized the sales and operations functions at Embroker. Having served in the Office of the CEO throughout the search, he demonstrated a deep understanding of our goals and vision, and a commitment to seeing Embroker succeed holistically.

But, that is far from everything he brings to this role.

Ben has more than 25 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer success and alliances, and more. Previously, Ben was Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for public company ServiceSource (SREV) responsible for the company’s global Sales, Solution Design and Business Development functions. During his 15+ years at ServiceSource, Ben led the company’s global expansion, founding and managing ServiceSource’s EMEA and APJ operations, and also held a variety of customer success and operational leadership positions in the company.

Given his experience in technology and product development, Ben’s primary goal in taking up this role will be to expand Embroker’s technological capabilities to drive the organization:

“I am immensely proud to lead the talented Embroker team and to continue transforming the insurance industry through technology innovations. Technology is the catalyst to bring Embroker into the next era of insurance for businesses. That’s why my first priority is further building our platform so we can innovate faster and better, meeting the needs of businesses where they’re going tomorrow — not just where they are today.”

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Congratulations, Ben.
