As we look back on the past year, we’re so excited to share the significant steps Embroker has taken in our ongoing mission to simplify the insurance buying experience for businesses. Our recent achievements demonstrate our commitment to innovation and our dedication to improving standards in the insurtech industry, and to creating a truly customer-centric, end-to-end experience.

Collaborating for Growth: Embroker and Everspan

We’re excited to announce our strategic partnership with Everspan, recognized as 2024’s Fronting Carrier of the Year by Insurance Insider. This collaboration has enabled us to offer new coverage programs on our ONE platform, including tailored packages for accountants, bookkeepers, tax preparers, real estate agents, and consultants. By working with Everspan, we’re enhancing our ability to provide digital insurance solutions and expanding our service offerings.

Our CEO, Ben Jennings, expanded on our partnership:

“With Everspan, we’re advancing the digitization of insurance processes, partnering with forward-thinking carriers to improve our tailored offerings. This enhances our growth and reinforces our commitment to customer-centric solutions.”

Leveraging AI to Enhance Broker Efficiency

To streamline the insurance process, we’ve introduced an AI-powered document ingestion feature. This technology extracts and processes data from common insurance applications, reducing manual input for brokers. By automating certain tasks, we’re allowing brokers to dedicate more time to delivering personalized experiences and coverage to their clients.

The impact is material: our new feature could save account managers up to 40 hours per month, allowing them to focus on providing better service to their clients.

Welcoming New Leadership: Andy Lea as CIO

We were pleased to welcome Andy Lea as our new Chief Insurance Officer this year. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Andy has brought valuable knowledge and expertise to Embroker in his short tenure. His focus on advancing our ONE platform and expanding our vertical-specific solutions aligns with our goal to deliver improved value across various industries.

Andy has already become an integral part of our organization, and we look forward to what he will bring to Embroker in the years ahead.

Growing Our Services: New Verticals and Enhanced Offerings

This year, we’ve expanded our services to include three new verticals: real estate, consultants, and financial professionals, including accountants, bookkeepers, and tax preparers. We’ve also enhanced our ONE platform by adding a comprehensive package for legal professionals, offering coverage from professional liability to workers’ compensation through a streamlined, single-application experience.

Looking Ahead

As we continue to grow, our mission remains clear: to address inefficiencies in the commercial insurance buying experience. We’re committed to connecting businesses more directly with their policies, delivering protection for underserved industries, and empowering our clients with the knowledge they need to manage risks effectively.

We’re proud of our progress and look forward to continuing our work in enhancing the insurance industry.
